There are no subtitles and I can't provide any (since I don't speak Japanese). If you do and you'd like to translate, please contact me.
I have absolutely no idea what this is. I don't even know if the "title" is accurate. It was found on a Japanese video site by a friend (there was no helpful summary). The friend's also suggested that perhaps it was made to showcase early CGI technology which I think is a valid theory. If you know ANY information, please let me know. I would be interested.
As for the video itself, it's easy to follow along (at least mostly). Though nowhere near a faithful Alice adaptation, the Alice influence is very strong and even seems to have a hint of Oz towards the end. I particularly like her dress and the use of a toybox as a rabbit-hole. Not sure if the photographer is meant to be Dodgson or at least was 'inspired' by Dodgson; if not, it's a big coincidence.
